This is the electronic payment form for Rep Team fees for the 2022/2023 Brantford Hawks Basketball program.

Please complete the form below by filling out all of the required fields. You must complete the mandatory fields before you can move forward with this process. After completing the registration form, click on the PAY NOW button to enter your payment information. Our payments are processed securely through PayPal.

There will be two payments required for the 2022/2023 REP TEAM season. An interim payment of $250 is required to start the season (for most players) and a final balance payment to be determined depending on collected fundraising and sponsor revenue.

  • The deposit registration cost for one REP TEAM participant for the 2022/2023 season is $250. Your balance payment will due at the end of the season and after fundraising and sponsor revenue is calculated.
